The Regional Workforce Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the Workforce Management frame work and processes within their region s. They are also responsible for initiating any improvement required to meet operational and collective agreement requirements.
Responsible for regional oversight and efficiency of the WFM process including forecasting, developing optimal rotations, and capacity planning for all Home Care Programs.
Ensure standardization of WFM process across the organization. Including WFM frame work process and day to day operation activities such as maintaining the live schedule annual vacation requests, shift switches requests, holiday scheduling etc Attending sites monthly WFM production meeting and Facilitate monthly WFM provincial production meetings.
Attend and facilitate weekly regional managers meeting to drive improvement and maintain consistencies between the both provinces and conduct quarterly training manually audit. Trend visit volume patterns and adjusts staffing levels accordingly. Contributes to the labor management process by providing support and input for future Collective Agreement negotiations and by participating in site labor management meetings.
